Annual 2024 uniform data system (UDS) training
WHAT
This annual training prepares health center staff by explaining the various tables included in the Uniform Data System (UDS) report, due to HRSA by February 15, 2025. Additionally, UDS+ data must be submitted by April 30th, 2025. In this training, attendees will learn about the operational, clinical, and fiscal tables as outlined (UDS 2024 Training Agenda).
OBJECTIVES
Understand the who, what, when, where and how of UDS reporting.
Discuss common reporting errors and tips for success.
Review key resources and supports available.
ATTENDEES
Gain an understanding of reporting the UDS including: the patient profile, reporting clinical services and quality of care indicators, operational and financial tables, and other required UDS reporting forms.
Learn about the new requirements included in 2024 reporting, including UDS+ reporting.
Learn tips for success including strategies for submission.
Receive valuable resources that provide further reporting guidance.
WHEN
The trainings will be conducted on November 13th (10:00 am to 1:00 pm) and November 15th (9:00am to Noon). A final Q&A session was held on November 15th (Noon to 12:30pm).
HOW
The trainings will be conducted virtually via Zoom. In order to attend participants must have been registered, which includes a prepayment of $80 per session. Please note that the Evenbrite platform charges an additional nonrefundable service fee that will not be included in this cost, and there will be no refunds for any cancellations.

Additional Instructions
Q&A will follow the training portion of Day 2.
A separate link will be provided to attend Q&A and open to all who have registered for UDS training, including those who selected training for only Day 1. Participants attending training on Day 2 will need to exit the Zoom meeting once training is concluded and join using the Q&A link.
