Programs & Tech Assistance

The Hawai‘i Primary Care Association manages a number of clinical, quality, and operational programs to support and sustain Community Health Centers. The following program resources are available for download:

• CHC Board member resources.
• Resources for understanding the role and function of CHCs in an emergency.
• Complete toolkit for Tobacco Cessation programs, including national resources, training modules, reference material, training programs, and patient education materials.
• Clinical quality and primary medical resources.

Finally, HPCA developed the Quality Improvement Digital Dashboard to display core quality of care data for Hawai‘i’s health centers. Data is presented double-blinded, with comparisons between each health center, the region it operates in, and the data statewide.
